Right now it is at about 26° altitude and reaches 28° around 11:18 PM.
It does not reach a useful observing altitude today.
Nebulae benefit from filters, fine detail requires darker skies.
It can be observed without much difficulty.
With larger apertures, more structure becomes visible.
